| How to Join? |
| |
| Virtual delegates will participate through a Zoom Webinar. To join this webinar as an official voting delegate, you will need to enter your Delegate/Member ID from your Membership card. You will be allowed to join this webinar beginning at 7:45AM on Wednesday, July 7th. The entire Second General Session and Business Session will be streamed through this webinar. Non-delegates can watch the livestream of the session on the Sessions page. |

| Meeting Reminders: |
- Please name yourself Chapter Name_FirstName_LastName as your enter the webinar
- Attendees will only be allowed to view the meeting by default. If you would like to present discussion on a matter, please "Raise Your Hand" or enter into the chat the item that you would like to present discussion on. A faciliator in the meeting will promote you to a panelist so that you can speak and show yourself on camera.
- In order to be allowed to speak on an item, you will need to have your camera enabled and be in a quiet area with no background noise. You will be broadcast in the session arena so preventing background noise is a must.
